What happens after you submit

Once your intake form and payment are received, you will receive an email with your new-client onboarding paperwork. Please complete and return it within 48 hours by emailing it back to exercisingfaith1123@gmail.com. Your program cannot begin until your paperwork is completed and Coach Johnson has enough time to create your personalized plan.

Terms & Conditions

Non-refundable deposit. A deposit is required to book and secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable except in the specific situation described below. (Deposit is NOT required when booking a 1 Hour Consultation; however, the consultation must be paid in full in order to be scheduled, and the $5 consultation fee is non-refundable.)

Booking & payment policy. Your session or package MUST be paid IN FULL no later than the day BEFORE your chosen start date. If full payment is not received by then, you will NOT receive services and your deposit will NOT be refunded. No session will be held and no plan will be created until your selection is paid in full. (Deposit is NOT required when booking a 1 Hour Consultation; however, the consultation must be paid in full in order to be scheduled, and the $5 consultation fee is non-refundable.)

Change of mind before start date. If your session/package is paid in full and you change your mind BEFORE your start date, you may receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

Once your start date arrives. Once your start date has come, you may NOT receive a refund of any amount, regardless of how much you've paid.

No refunds for unmet goals. When a session or package is booked and fully paid for, there are NO refunds if you do not meet your goals. The plans are formulated for you to succeed and personalized for you. If you do not put in the work to change, you will not get the results that you desire. I can give you tools but I cannot give you determination and the will to change. You must put in the work that you've paid for if you want to see real results.

Right to refuse services. Coach Johnson reserves the right to refuse services to any individual prior to their start date. If services are refused by the coach, the $20 deposit will be refunded to the individual in full.

New client onboarding paperwork. After payment, you will receive new client onboarding paperwork. You must aim to complete and return this paperwork to Coach Johnson within 48 hours of receiving it. If the paperwork is NOT returned within ONE WEEK of being sent to you, your ENTIRE payment becomes non-refundable. Your program start date must be scheduled at least ONE WEEK after Coach Johnson has received your completed new client paperwork. You will NOT be allowed to start your program with Coach Johnson until your new client onboarding paperwork has been completed and returned to her.

Privacy. Your billing information will NOT be sold to other parties. No client information will be posted online or shared with other individuals.
